Cancel Order by Customer 1.2.1

PrestaShop Cancel Order by Customer module allows you to empower your customers to cancel their orders from the My Account page. You can choose to enable the cancel button for specific order statuses, categories, and customer groups.

PrestaShop Cancel Order by Customer Module gives an enhanced customer experience. By default, there is no option for users to cancel orders in PrestaShop. By allowing customers to cancel their orders directly from the "My Account" page, the module provides a more user-friendly experience, significantly improving customer satisfaction by giving them more control over their orders.

You can customize settings to enable the cancel button for specific order statuses, such as "Pending," "Processing," or "Awaiting Payment" ensuring cancellations are only allowed when you want them. Admin can also choose which product categories allow cancellations, preventing cancellations for custom or special-order items, and can also define customer groups eligible for cancellations, providing personalized cancellation policies for different user segments.

You can also enable email notification options for customers and admin. This means notifications are sent to both customers and administrators upon order cancellation
