Setting Up Email Templates​

   Connect to FTP​

   Locate your active theme. For example,
   app/design/frontend/[themeVendor]/[theme]/

   Upload Files via FTP​

   Upload the content of the email template folder (Magento_Email, Magento_Sales, web) to the folder of your active theme. For example,
   app/design/frontend/[themeVendor]/[theme]/Magento_Email/
   app/design/frontend/[themeVendor]/[theme]/Magento_Sales/
   app/design/frontend/[themeVendor]/[theme]/web/

   Clear the Cache through the Admin Panel​

   Go to System > Tools > Cache Management and make sure to flush all caches.
   Flush Magento Cache
   Flush JavaScript/CSS Cache
   Flush Static Files Cache
