• Open support ticket, set priority and assign it to the department that will handle the project.
• Works with products and product addons. Deploy project when addon is ordered.
• Add custom fields from the ordered product/service as project notes or project support ticket notes.
• Set custom due period for each specific project provisioning and keep client informed about the turnaround times.
• Assign the project to trained staff user as soon as the order is placed. Minimize errors and improve productivity.
