Credit payments

Hello, I paid for 10 credits via PayPal, but the credit was not credited to my account. What is the reason?
Money was deducted from paypal but not added to my credit here

it is refund fully.you can check it from your paypal account

yeah you refund one, but can I get the credits for the first one??
