1. Improve Tickets Searching

- Added two config options (which are off by default) to allow searching for tickets base on comments or custom fields: Enable Search On Comments and Enable Search On Custom Fields.

Prevent submitting ticket/comment while attachments (in case it is large or there are multiple attachments) are still being uploaded. That's to make sure attachment for ticket/comments are not lost.

1. Allow Deleting Attachments
This feature allows customers/staffs delete attachments uploaded by themself if needed. For admin and managers, they can delete attachments from the tickets which they are allowed to manage

2. Re-organize attachments
From this version, attachments will be re-organized into sub-folders. Each sub-folder stores attachments uploaded in the same months. This helps avoiding too many attachments store in same folder which could reach limit and impact...
