I could not understand why you want to cancel if someone want to share his/her content as a paid resources.
If you cancel it somehow, won't it still be added as a paid resource again?

Maybe the other party meant to cancel how long ago the old version of the resource was available for free download after the new version was released.
like : six moths or 3 moths?
