install method:
new whmcs only install with normal method.
if you have been install with no happy version ,please remove all plugin files ,and reupload happy version files,backend deactivate plugin ,and then activate this plugin ,now you can enjoy it

php version or files permissions. and the SQL cannot be written to the database normally.
please config php verseion 7.2-7.4

I've narrowed the error down, you need to log into your server and run the following command under mysql : SET GLOBAL sql_mode=(SELECT REPLACE(@@sql_mode,'ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY',''));
