do not change your WHMCS module file ,and it have not right directory for license

and now this server was get your license check info,but it is not right about plugin folder.
MG all files was untouched .so need to follow it

i have not pVE server to test ,it is put license check file in server part .so i test others
your whmcs have run cron job,some plugin was not update license ,The license information of some spaces may not be updated immediately .you can find result in database table `tblconfiguration`
, i tested your issue with new whmcs and use online work space .

,when i delete localkey from database .backend can not get new license info immediately.

but after some minute [ 20 Min] it will get new one.i think that is whmcs license functions want to protect system
